AJ Appliance Repair

So many companies offer same day service but when you call they are booked up. I messaged AJ appliance and he was able to come out the same day. Did not overcharge. I would definitely recommend.

Had a very difficult time finding someone who repaired Bosch dishwashers AND would come to Port Perry. Offered to come on a Sunday (what??), showed up early, diagnosed and fines the machine within 30 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again. Thanks again Avi!

Very good honest service when my dryer stopped working. Owner showed up on time, completed his analysis in 10 minutes and had things fixed and running again in about 30 minutes. He was putting things back together and accidentally broke a small part that turns the light on when the dryer door is open. Although I would never have known he did this, he told me, said he was sorry and that he would order the part and replace it at his expense.......and he actually did. Not often this type of honest service shows up at the door.

I called Avi on Sunday morning with an urgent request as my front load Kenmore Elite washer was making a scrapping/grinding noise before the water filled the tube. He came by within a few hours and performed the work within an hour. A complete professional! He was very well knowlegable and explained each step of the process. I am very pleased and by 3pm I was washing tons of laundry once again.

The water filter hose in my fridge was leaking. Called Avi and he came the same day. He talked me through my options and we agreed to try a connector which was the most cost effective. Avi did explain that it might not last, but was worth a try. Unfortunately it didn’t work as my hose was too damaged, called Avi again, he ordered the part needed and was back to install it as soon it was in. Very polite and professional, would definitely recommend.

They were able to fit us in very quickly especially being a long weekend. Very professional! Showed and explained what he was doing and looking for. Made you feel very comfortable and infornative on being able to make repair decisions. Would definitely recommend their service.

Needed a heating coil replaced. The technician Avi came on time. Polite pleasant and very easy to deal with. He was in and out after replacing the part and cleaned the inside of the unit. He even tightened something that was rattling in the unit. Now it works perfectly.

Great service. Readily available to answer my call. He even diagnosed the problem over the phone to the best of his knowledge. Was able to attend to me asap, arrived early. Stand up guy - I highly recommend Avi.
