I found "Dryer Vent Wizard" to be excellent! The workman arrived at my home very promptly. He was cordial, friendly, and accommodating.
He explained everything he was about to do before he did it, which gave me the confidence to let him continue with my project. He answered all my questions, and also gave me some tips as to how to maintain my vent so as to avoid a fire.
He cleaned up the work area nicely, taking everything with him - I didn't have to worry about disposing of it myself. I supremely recommend this company and when the time comes to have my vent cleaned again, there will be no hesitation on my part to call him again.
