I called James out to do an inspection after ongoing issues with our dryer were not resolved though multiple technician visits, dryer repair and replacement, and professional vent cleaning. James found the problem and repaired it quickly. He provided photos and a report which ultimately allowed us to recover most of our expenses from our home builder (outside of warranty period) and the dryer vent cleaning company who had done a poor job. Our dryer finally works and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely call James if we need dryer help in the future!
