It was a great experience from start to end when we hired Ideal Direct Home Improvements to replace our windows and front door! Ed is a great contractor who demonstrates pride in craftsmanship in the work being done and it shows through the entire process.
He patiently answered all of my questions and offered up suggestions and options in our first walk through together that would fit in with our budget, leaving no doubt in our minds that his was the right company to go with for our project.
He uses quality product (love the NorthStar windows) and provided different options to choose from. When working onsite, he was always respectful of our home and always cleaned up at the end of each day.
At the start of the job he promised we would love the end result and he kept his promise, we love it! Definitely recommend this company, look forward to working with them on future home renos!
