I contacted John yesterday to discuss an issue with our fireplace we’ve been having. He was very professional and clear about estimate costs and arranging a time to come. Although we were in no rush to have it fixed so soon it was very appreciated that John was able to fit us in the very next day early in the morning, most likely before all his other appointments for the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several options based on budget to replace the faulty switch. He even had an original new Napoleon remote control part with him which made it quick and convenient. Communication and scheduling as well as pricing was fair and a breeze.
