From the minute Justin entered our home to give us a quote, he demonstrated pure professionalism. He was extremely thorough when explaining our air conditioning options for our home and explained everything in a very well organized manner. It is evident that he is extremely passionate about his business and is confident in his quality of work. I felt well informed and able to make a proper decision on the unit that would work best for us and our home.
On the day of installation, Justin arrived organized, well prepared and began to work promptly and efficiently. Before he started, he made sure to explain the process and what he would be doing. He even outlined the approximate time frame, which I found to be incredibly helpful. Once the air conditioner was installed, Justin made absolute sure that he gave me full details on how to properly run, maintain and close the unit down to store for winter.
