Fence installation

When i hired them to replace/ install new fence
They said they will take about 1 day to complete the job
However it took about 6to 7 days to complete and always there is an excuse why he cant stick to his commitments
His crew took two days to dig one hole for the one post as they are not skilled and they did not have the proper tool and they seem that they never done this work before
My mistake that i didnt get from them a written agreement about the scope of the work as he always say this is not what we agreed however i told him exactly what I want
Regarding the work all the posts were not aligned ( in and out) and the panels are not evenly distributed and the fence material was not a good quality , cheap quality
Even he removed the interlock to make the job easier for themselves when they put back the interlock it was uneven/ unlevelled.
It was a huge mistake to hire this company
In opinion they are not skilled to do any fence work

Approximate cost of services:
$4,200.00

Company Response

I couldn't have agreed more with you about getting a written contract. I said one to 2 days weather permitting. I rearranged my project to help you with your project. I was informed that there was no concrete at all but of course the information was wrong. You also stated in front of 3 other people that we were not finishing the other side and or was nothing mentioned about 8 foot sections. Unfortunately we can't work when it's raining. when it comes to the interlocking it wasn't part of the project but you wouldn't give me my tools back until it was finished. Once again, there are 3 sides to each story. You took advantage of my kindness. I guess there is a reason why you keep having different contractors working on similar projects. It's never the customer, always contractors.
