Multiple house repairs before putting it up for sale

Alex went above and beyond when I got a referral for him to fix multiple repairs needed on my house before we sold, not only did he fix what was asked, he pointed out other things that he could fix to attract potential buyers. We took his advice and his insight into home repairs and what most of us don’t even notice. And I couldn’t of been happier with the service. Would highly recommend his services!
