Got paid up front for 2023/2024 snow removal. Doesn't adhere to his 2.5 +cm snow removal.

Sure this winter not much snow but he should shovel when it is 2.5cm. Now he's saying he said 5cm.

According to the contract, our service fee is 5 cm Considering the terms outlined in the contract, it would have been impractical for us to proceed with a job that involved less than 2 centimeters of snow. Therefore, we did not fulfill our obligation to come out since the snow had already melted. It is important to note that I am not responsible for the weather conditions, as I have no control over them. Please give me a call to resolve this
