I chose this company randomly from the internet. It was a Sunday and my sons home was not in their usual district. Within minutes of speaking with the office I was assured that a plumber could come the extra distance. We a phone call 29 minutes that Jordan was on his way.
When he arrived his appointment was to instal a new toilet but I also asked him if he had time unclog a washroom sink and install a nee washroom tap . Without hesitation, he agreed to repair everything.
Jordan was professional, worked efficiently, and was aware of water on hardwood floors and cleaned it up. He removed the old toilet and all packaging from the installations. He was pleasant, explained things thoroughly and all in all it was pleasure having him in our home. I have already recommended the company to a friend
