We needed a special inspection of our basement, and we got contact of Viet Home Inspection Inc through VCPA 2018 VietExpo. Understanding our specific needs, Michael Phan planned for a trip to our house on the opposite east side of the City, showed at our house at the exact appointed date and time, went through the entire 2-hour session of professional inspection with care to details, and a very high standard of customer services through interaction and explanation of what he did, why he did and what to expect as a result. Michael’s house inspection report came out two days lately, a 29-page technical report with a surprisingly full details on each and every aspect of the inspected object, including its structural, electric, plumbing, interior conditions, with plenty of photos and a brief summary of what need to be repaired and/or replaced. We have been contracted with a dose of house inspectors and contractors, but this is the very first time we experienced a great home service provided by a humble, care and diligent professional person like Michael!
