We hired MER for our kitchen update which consisted of a new sink and counter tops, a tile back splash and a gas line for the stove. When the job was initially completed we had issues with the tile and grout on the backsplash and contacted Sean to come back and inspect the work. Sean set up another tiler to come back to redo parts of the grout and we are appreciative that he took the time to ensure that we were satisfied with work. Our second tiler Vlad was extremely professional and his attention to detail was exceptional, he was able to get everything fixed up and completed in the same day.

Overall satisfied with the quality of work. Project could have been more organized between trades and reworks could have been avoided. The project was on budget and didn’t nickel and dime on small changes and add ons. Great attention to details especially working with the cabinets company.

MER Building Services was amazing from start to finish. They assisted with the whole design of the clinic and honoured the initial quote provided. There were no hidden costs. Every member of the Sean’s team was professional and the work was exceptional. They were even able to finish the project 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I have recommended them to my friends and they have had amazing results with their basement buildout and kitchen renovations. Highly recommend.
