Thomas is a very fast, efficient and friendly worker. I had sent him an email about the problem on a Saturday morning and he was able to come out and do the repair within the hour. Our old 18 foot wooden garage door was making some strange noises so we called Tom to have a look at it. He spotted some major issues with the door, and went over our options to repair or replace the door. We opted for a brand new door which Tom promptly ordered and installed within 2 days!!
