Erin and her team were awesome. Our dog got sprayed by a skunk and ran through the house. That skunk smell was awful and we could hardly be in the house longer than a few minutes. The team sprayed every corner of the house and ran an ozone machine, which greatly improved it. It’s a tough smell to get rid of though, so they hit it again and I’m happy to say 99.9% of the smell was gone! Excellent customer service and Erin definitely went above and beyond with her extra communication and recommendations (ideas about laundry and other cleaning we needed).
Obviously don’t let your dog run through the house when blasted by a skunk, but if you do, definitely call Sterilize It to help get rid of that smell!
