I had reached out to various for quotes and idea on how to turn my big laundry room to have 3 pc washroom in as well. The contractors were not coming up with any creative idea but Iyad came up with the best plan aesthetically and financially. He got the work done before time. His work organization skills are really good and when to line up whom like plumber, tiler, as he knows his work very well. He is the first contractor to finish work on time and quality of work was at best as can be seen in photos.
