I had a carpet with pet urine smell. Booked an appointment with Carpet Masters.
They arrived early (called first) and went through the job with me. I pointed out the problem areas and they verified the problem with a blue light.
Shampooed/cleaned the basement carpet quickly. Looked great when done. Smelled a ton better. I waited a couple of weeks to post, to see how good the job was. Odour is completely gone!!
Only complaint (and it’s minor), is that they said they’d quote me prior to the job being done. Didn’t get a quote, just a bill at the end. The bill was right around where I expected it though, so no real surprises.
