This has been one of the worse experiences for me in some time . After signing up with them to do two properties and paying up front for snow removal it has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot in good conscience recommend either Sheldon or Doug . We tried to be understanding with the record snowfall we had where they didn't show , we had to hire other people and pay cash to get through that , Doug assured us it was just a blip and he would reimburse us for this and things would run smoothly after that . They were late on the next snow fall and that was the last time they showed , the last two snowfalls no service , no way to get in touch with them . The service was to include salting also , but since they did not even show up we had someone slip and fall on the ice and they were harmed . Not sure how these guys are in business . I recommend run for z hills with this group , maybe they can cut grass , but you will be screwed over on the snow removal . I have seen other reviews mentioning this behavior with them , so if you had no issue , consider yourself lucky . Well rant over , taking the legal route now to rectify . I will share my story with anyone who wants to know..... total lack of professionalism and respect for people ,
