Service Call/Technician Was Anazing

I had scheduled a service call (Ticket # 4151557888) about an issue I was having with my Samsung Micohood Vent.

The Service Technician Zack was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough in his explanation and offered to go through any issues we had or lack of knowledge about any of our other appliances so that he could walk us through them.

Highly recommend Elite Applainces.

Dishwasher repair

Appliance specialist Zach came the same day the call was put in and found the issue with the dishwasher-it was a food clog. He was very professional, made a quick assessment and gave very good advice on how to maintain the appliance for a longer life-very appreciated.
