I had a problem with my dryer and called EAS, the whole experience was a breeze, they booked me on my desired date and keep me posted with SMS messages, when Rey and his teammate arrive they were super courteous, showed me the problem and were well equipped to fix it on the spot. Work Order 367624

Samsung Washing Machine

I had a grinding like noise from my Samsung washing machine.
Within 2 minutes, the technician informed me that the bearings were worn. I had two options, either repair, which would have cost me around $1000 or to buy a new one. I opted to buy a new one as the warranty had expired.

The technician was very polite, honest and knowledgeable.

I had purchased a brand new convection stove, and my convection was not working. I had contacted the maker of my appliance, and had someone to come service it that same week. Rey had came to my house and it was able to determine the problem in a timely manner. Within one week, he was back with the replacement part. He was very courteous and efficient and had everything fixed for me in no time! I highly recommend their services.
