My garage door wheels came off the rails and were broken. I needed it repaired and called Reginald at Aladdin Doors. He was great on the phone and he was able to come to my home to repair it within an hour. He reviewed the situation, noted some safety concerns with some rusted parts, including other rollers and the cable that pulls them up. We ended up approving all of the repairs to save on repeat visits and it was all fixed within an hour, it worked beautifully and the price was considerably lower than we anticipated.
This was great work and great service in a timely manner. Aladdin is my go-to company for all my future garage door work.
