I am in medical health care. I am an essential worker and I have a full slate of patients booked to see me early on Tuesday. I returned home from reviewing my cases in my office only to have the garage door malfunction after arriving home, trapping my car inside the garage. I could not get it open. Fortunately, I had used Alladin in the past and I called them right away. They was GREAT. They came that same day, discovered the source of my troubles (a worn out, broken cable) and was able to repair it the same day, all for a reasonable fee. I cannot state how grateful I am for the quick service, at a reasonable fee, to allow me to continue to see my patients on time, on schedule, tomorrow.

My garage door wheels came off the rails and were broken. I needed it repaired and called Reginald at Aladdin Doors. He was great on the phone and he was able to come to my home to repair it within an hour. He reviewed the situation, noted some safety concerns with some rusted parts, including other rollers and the cable that pulls them up. We ended up approving all of the repairs to save on repeat visits and it was all fixed within an hour, it worked beautifully and the price was considerably lower than we anticipated. This was great work and great service in a timely manner. Aladdin is my go-to company for all my future garage door work.
