The Technician from Appliance repair expert came on Monday Jan 31st to run diagnostics and let me know the issue the cost for the visit $111.87 will be waived if I let them do the repairs. I was with him all the 17 min he spent pressing buttons. then he told me the main control panel is damaged even all the light were on it just will not start the cycle and he said the cost will be $700+ to repair it
After he left I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing. so I googled the issue and run the diagnostics which he didn't do and found the Error F0 E1 and I cleared it and ran self test and it start to working I did 3 loads no problem. I contacted the company for refund they provided an email
I emailed no answer. don't hire this company
