We told the company and the technician, before he came, that we had an LG product. When the technician arrived he called a friend who told him that LG fridges need to have the compressor replaced by LG. Our tech didn't know he couldn't just add freon. They should have told us this before they came. They charged us $100 for showing up regardless. Credit for coming on Christmas day, but this was a just a money-grab.
