Wavemaker Pool Spa Showroom

I took water from my hot tub into be checked 10 min before close. I was greeted with rudeness and told I was lucky that they would check it for me. I wanted to buy a filter too but with all the sighing, I left without having my water checked or purchasing the $75 filter. The last time I checked a store is open until it is closed.....I Will definitely never return.

Paula, Jon & the whole team were fantastic to deal with. We had a vision for our backyard and they were patient and knowledgeable while we decided on what type and style of hot tub & inground pool. Covid delays were initially tough and delayed the hot tub arrival but Paula kept us informed and when she confirmed it would arrive they did not disappoint !! The pool process was so smooth and exactly as promised. Jon and the installation crew worked long hours in extreme heat wave to get our fiberglass pool in and running as quick as possible (2 weeks start to finish with a machine break down and lost day) all while still installing other pools and hot tubs. Jon spent 2 hours with us going over all the pump and heater functions and how to, asked all our questions and helped put together and test the amazing robot vacuum. Paula and team in the store are quick to answer all chemical questions and prepare orders for pick up to save time. They take the time to explain how to adjust chemical levels and give recommendations based on experience. WaveMaker Pool Spa Showroom is hands down the best and we will be recommending to all our family and friends interested in a Hot tub or pool.
