Prestige Aluminum & Siding

The company was fantastic and Sam always replies very quickly to questions and concerns. His suggestions for the project made these parts of our home pop.

The crew was friendly and punctual and followed direction from Sam to the tee.

The only cpmplaint I have is that the cleanup left much to be desired.

Sam and his team did a great job on short notice for us. We had squirrels in our room and subsequently discovered that our entire soffit had been installed incorrectly and wasn't sealed anywhere. We needed to have it redone on short notice so the wildlife removal person could come back to install a one-way door for the squirrels to leave. Sam was able to do an inspection within a day or two and begin work a few days later. We were having issues were our eavestroughs leaking for the corners too so decided to have those redone. The team was quick and the work looks great. Very satisfied.

Prestige was quick to respond and quote me a fair price. There were a few communication challenges between the boss and his workers about the work that was to be done but in the end the work was done well. We needed them to come back to finish some small things and they did so in a timely manner.

Had some pieces of siding blow off in recent storms and after putting them back up a few times myself and having them blow off again I caved and started getting quotes for the whole house. I called 4 different siding companies and got a very wide range of quotes back, all fairly high. Then Sam at Prestige Aluminum & Siding came by and was knowledgeable, non-pressure and was actually offering more than the other companies while maintaining a very competitive quote. In addition to replacing all of the siding and window capping he was including adding insulation, replacement of soffits, eavesdroughs and downspouts all in the quote. Within a week Sam had a whole crew at my house and they completed the job in about 2.5 days. There were some small things I brought up to him after the job was done and he sent someone out the next day to wrap up the job completely. The crew knew what they were doing, all of the seams were staggered, siding boards installed tight (but not too tight), drip edge and window trim all snug and secure as well as level with nice clean lines on an old and not straight house. My only real critique of the job was there was there was a small mess left behind, few bits of garbage and a stray nails, fairly normal for the type of work and considering the pace and value of the job I didn't mind picking up some debris after. Would definitely hire Prestige Aluminum & siding again and recommend to someone!

I had some damage due to the wind storms last year. After contractors came for the repair they found there was a lot more upkeep work then just patch siding repair since its such an old house and would need to be replaced. After talking to other siding companies, i realized that that Prestige was the best. They had the work done really quickly and the work was incredably well done. Trust me go woth Prestige, they are honest fair and do great work!

Sam and his team did a great job and high quality work. They were able to come and do the job 2 weeks after I hired them which was much sooner than any other company I recieved quotes from. The team came one day and finished the job within 5 hours. They were fast, professional and did good quality work.

I did notice after the job was done (a few days later) that one of the newly installed eaves was seeing some standing water. I notified Sam and a week later his team came back and fixed the issue. I am quite happy with the quality, service and professionalism of the Sam and his team. Highly recommended.
