My washing machine broke down and was tripping off all the electricity downstairs when turned on. Josh was recommended to me and he responded straight away when I contacted him. He visited the next day and diagnosed and repaired the fault quickly. He had the part that was required to fix the fault in stock (in this case, the heating element) which was a real time saver. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend him. Josh provided useful aftercare advice and contacted me afterwards to check that the machine was working properly.
