Toolbox Appliance Repair

Had a technician come in and install my dishwasher. He did a great job with the install and it's clear that he knew what he was doing. In terms of that, I'm happy that I went with Toolbox Appliance Repair.

I likely would not recommend the guy I worked with today as he was patronizing when I asked questions. It was confusing because he seemed friendly at times but he seemed to get impatient very quickly as well. He was patronizing when I asked if I could mop up some of the water left over from the install so I could ensure there were no leaks. I'm sure he was so confident in his work that he certain there would be no issues but I just wanted to make sure.

He commented on how I was a funny guy after trying to inspect the water lines and then when I opened the dishwasher mid cycle, he asked if I "have ever used a dishwasher before". This along with a few other off hand comments would make it hard for me to recommend him to others.
