Caco and his team arrived 10 min before the appointment time and was waiting outside. I only noticed because I was going to move my car out of the driveway.
He explained what he will be doing step by step and letting me know every process.
He also notified me of some of concerns he had with humidifier filter.
He was very efficient and always had a smile on.
I hope to see Caco again in three years (his recommended time to clean ducts again)
