Excellent experience. Regular communication from the company prior to the visit to confirm details and appointment. Tech confirmed ETA while en-route during agreed window so I knew exactly when to expect him.
Tech (Caco) was fantastic. Courteous, protected the floors and wore coverings on his shoes. Explained every step of the process, meticulous. Took before/after pictures and cleaned up well afterwards. True professional.
Honest company with great customer service - would not hesitate to recommend.
