The entire process was very well laid out, and pricing was better than other companies. What's more, we got out neighbour to clean their ducts as well, and we both got a discount.
Abed and team showed up on time, were professional, courteous, friendly (very important for my 7 yr old daughter!), and they completed the task ahead of schedule. They took the time to discuss what they did, and showed relevant details pertaining to my furnace, as well my central vac, which was filled with dog hair from the previous owner's dog.
