I tip my hat for Kanata and give two thumbs up for their professionalism and quality of work. They were punctual, respectful and efficient. Jesus and his team of Kanata were very cooperative, patient and diligent. Jesus’s knowledge was immense and versatile. He took his time to explain everything and walk me through the entire project. He gave me different choices and helped me in making an informed decision. Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief! These guys were truly skilled. They came early, worked swiftly and finished immaculately. Jesus and his team were quite diligent to go extra mile by inspecting my skylight and roof vents. They cleaned all windows and painted all window sills. The work was picture-perfect and I am surprised that they are still on 93% rating. I think they deserve to be at least at 98% if not 100%. I have no idea which company is the best, I rely on HomeStar review, after reading reviews and consider the company, I chosen Kanata because of other owner’s review and general grading. They came and finished the caulking for my whole house and removed all the old one and clean up. I still don’t know which company is the best, but in my limited knowledge, they are among the best for sure! We picked Kanata for many reasons, mainly the name, the branding and customer service. The team was very organized and hardworking. Once the job was done, I did a thorough inspection of the finishing and it was great. Frankly speaking, I can not judge the project’s efficiency till winter. Jesus, Pedro and the rest of the team were distinguished team.

Remember for pricing, caulking the window from outside is considered a unit while the same window may be considered to glasses frames for its sealing from inside.

Very professional service in estimating and scheduling. Was thrilled with the quality of workmanship on the job and cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend, I've told several neighbours too who have same age homes and need exterior caulking replaced.

Found Kanata online. Very quick responses. Showed up on time to quote the job and do the work. Took all day but man were they thorough. Finished exactly when they said they would. Only issue per say was that they didn’t accept credit card and didn’t provide a written estimate and copy of their warranty up front. I had to follow up for the details and leave this review to get the warranty (fingers crossed). Little strange.

Amazing in every way. I would highly recommend the guys and they represent the company in a most positive way. If I were to move the first order of business would be to recaulk if another used home.

Immediate response to inquiry made online. Came quickly to give us a fair free estimate On time day if service. Great work on each window removing and installing new caulking. Included cleaning windows and minor painting and a discount for booking in May as advertised.
