I chose Yevhen by searching on Homestars and the reading the reviews.
I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better.
I found him to be extremely diligent and a very pleasant gentleman. He diagnosed and had my dishwasher up and running in no time. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
I would not hesitate to call on him again and I would feel very confident to recommend Yevhen.

Mr. Pankratenko was at all times punctual polite and professional.
He was always trying to solve the problem in the most cost efficient way.
I had a second appliance that had failed and he tried very hard to get that one going too. As it was too far gone to revive he didn't charge for the effort.

Yevhen was held up at his previous job, but contacted me twice to ensure I'm ok with him arriving later than expected. When he arrived, he got to work right away! I requested a quote from Yevhen via this site for a malfunctioning washer/dryer. Yevhen called me back almost immediately. We spoke, he gave me the basic run down of how he works and We met at the condo where my washer/dryer combo stopped working the next day.

I must say - out of all the repair guys I've dealt with for my rentals (and I've dealt with a few) Yevhen is right there in the top 2. He was polite, kept true to his word, efficient, and honest. He knew right away what the problem could have been and fixed it with 15 mins of diagnostic.

I would definitely call Yenhen again for my next repair. And I would definitely encourage you to as well.

Yevhen did an excellent job with the installation of our new dishwasher. From the start he was upfront about costs, and was great at communicating. He was punctual, courteous and professional throughout the entire project. Will hire again for future appliance installations/repairs.
