I requested a quote from Yevhen via this site for a malfunctioning washer/dryer. Yevhen called me back almost immediately. We spoke, he gave me the basic run down of how he works and We met at the condo where my washer/dryer combo stopped working the next day. I must say - out of all the repair guys I've dealt with for my rentals (and I've dealt with a few) Yevhen is right there in the top 2. He was polite, kept true to his word, efficient, and honest. He knew right away what the problem could have been and fixed it with 15 mins of diagnostic. I would definitely call Yenhen again for my next repair. And I would definitely encourage you to as well.
