Yevhen was right on time, professional, courteous and very detailed. He explained what the issue was, what caused it and what we needed to do to prevent future issues. He took the extra time and care to check everything else too. It was nice to find an honest and reliable appliance repair technician. I will definitely use him again for any future repair needs.
