Karol from Saco Construction was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my HomeStars requests, was polite, came out to quote, was on time, on budget and accurate. He knows his stuff.
Work started a few weeks after quoting (according to our schedule and his - he’s busy, which is good).
Karol just spent the past 2.5/3 days framing out basement (to code) and I’m doing so created the space of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and living/dining area. He pays attention to detail and it is evident on his work. The basement was cleaned and left immaculate when he left.
Very, very pleased with the work Karol has done and we hope to have him drywall the same space in the next bit. Thank -you.
