Karol does excellent work and I wouldn't hesitate to to hire him again for another project. His work is great quality and he was able to accommodate small changes as issues with the plan came up. He asks questions to determine what the customer wants if things are unclear. The jobsite was cleaned up every night and he is punctual and a hard worker.

Karol did subfloor and framing for my basement and was an absolute professional in every way possible. From time of quote to project completion, Im not sure anyone could have executed it better. Will absolutely be calling on Saco again.

We hired Saco Construction to frame our basement. This is our second time having them work on our basement reno. We have an awkward crawl space area and Karol was able to provide a solution. I had Saco construction come down and install framing for a basement bathroom we are installing. Karl was able to remove carpet and drywall and put up the full framing within just a few hours. The project completed quickly and looks great. I would use this company again should I have similar needs.

Back to studs Reno, Framed fireplace, bulkheads, 2x2 on exterior walls to make 2x6 for extra insulation, full basement frame including delta floor, 5/8 T & G plywood mechanically fastened, tyvek on walls then framed. Very clean, simple to work with and exceptional end result. This is our second project with Saco Construction and I would highly recommend.

We found Karol on HomeStars and called him because of his reviews. He assessed our project and gave us the right guidance to get things done. He recommended a great engineer to do the drawings and even helped identify a potential problem that our home inspector didnt highlight basement support posts that were moved too far, and with no footing. He quickly resolved that problem and located the original footing and installed a post in its original location. Hes an expert.
He was modest, polite, easy going and was never arrogant about knowing more than my wife or me. I 100% recommend hiring Karol for your project. At least call him for an assessment.
