Had a potential toilet leaking issue. I called Greg and he spoke like he cared, understood the problem and we discussed his thoughts on cost. I booked him for the same day and he came in that afternoon, completed the job before mid-afternoon and even went to extra efforts on a couple of other minor plumbing issues.
