Arrived on time; very friendly. My car was locked in the garage, and the remote stopped working. Called ONC, Dave arrived the same day; he opened the garage and replaced the remote. Definitely 5 star service!

The best thing i felt compelled to mention about the service I got from ONC was the dedication of the employee to ensuring I am happy , after installing both openers for me, two days later I didn’t like the Location of the button to the opener, so I had requested a change of location, without hesitation or even an extra charge they came changed the location to my liking, can’t get better then that!! Thank you!

I heard a loud bang from my garage, in the morning I discovered my garage door would not open. I had heard from friends who have used ONC that they were a great choice. John arrived the day of, he reviewed his findings, and made the required repairs. I would highly recommend, John was concise, professional, competent.

One garage door was not closing fully, and they were both noisy and old. Jordan gave me his analysis and recommended work, which was carried out the next day. All in good order now.

Dave from ONC came over and looked at what was requested. As our original doors are 14 years old, he recommended replacement of the springs, as well as our request for the bottom seal replacement. We also asked for side and top seals to help keep the heat in our garage this winter. He also put in a new outside keypad to make it more user friendly. He carefully adjusted, leveled everything and things are working as they should. For the amount of work done, I thought it was good value. Happy wife...Happy life...
