Adel and his team has great Homestars ratings. Called him up and they did not disappoint with timely, friendly, service. We even got booties to protect the drying carpet.

Dave from ONC came over and looked at what was requested. As our original doors are 14 years old, he recommended replacement of the springs, as well as our request for the bottom seal replacement. We also asked for side and top seals to help keep the heat in our garage this winter. He also put in a new outside keypad to make it more user friendly. He carefully adjusted, leveled everything and things are working as they should. For the amount of work done, I thought it was good value. Happy wife...Happy life...

We were in the middle of a shower tiling job and our PRIOR retailer messed up in the calculation and left use short a box. When we called Leah, just in the phone, she made it her personal mission to help in calling her sales contact at the distributor. She made it happen, and I was able to pick up the tiles at the distributor’s warehouse and get the job done. Leah’s sense of commitment and customer service means I will only deal with her in future tiling, flooring needs. Kudos Leah !

We had a mysterious leak from out ensuite that needed diagnosis as well as a leaking valve cartridge and a broken spout diverted valve in various washrooms. Yuriy, the Owner & operator, was very good in communication and confirmation of the appointments. While here, he laid down runners and tarps to minimize dirt & dust as he was cutting into the ceiling drywall. While here, he helped diagnose another problem with a cracked PVC drain pipe. Yuriy is a straightforward guy who tells it like it is and takes care and pride in his work. He has integrity and respect, which is key to me being a repeat customer.
