I called ONC Garage Door Service this morning to arrange to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my garage door, and they were able to send out a technician within 2 hours of my call!
I received two text messages from ONC Garage Door Service, the first was an appointment confirmation and the second was to say the technician (John) was on his way and would be here within about 40 minutes.
John arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He recommended that I have both springs replaced since they have a limited service life (8-10 years). Mine were about 15 years old so I had him replace both as he recommended. He was able to get both springs replaced in about 90 minutes and tested the garage door operation several times to make sure everything was working as it should.
The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged.
