Gotcha Covered Durham

Looking for replacement blind after existing one broke. Had used Gotcha Covered a couple of years ago to replace living room window coverings. Really pleased with work so returned when need arose for another window covering.

Michael was great! The blinds took a lot longer to receive than we were initially told, but once we received them they were perfect! There was a huge selection between Hunter Douglas and Graber. Michael showed us some of our options and we went from there.

We are so happy with our new blinds. They look amazing. Micheal was so helpful when we were trying to decide what we wanted. Once we decided, Mike said our order would take two weeks and exactly two weeks later, he arrived to do the installation. He made sure we understood how to use the remote and created four preset preferences for all three blind settings. Great guy, great product and great service!
