The Brothers Flooring

After removing 20 year old carpet strips, I realized I needed to call the professionals to renovate my staircase. Faddy was lightning-quick in responding to my request on Homestars, visiting, explaining the process, answering questions and providing a detailed estimate. Michelle did a fabulous job of day-to-day communications on specs and scheduling. The team transformed my stairs to match existing laminate flooring and took special care to protect and maintain the woodgrain risers and stringers. The job was finished on schedule and budget with minimal disruption. This was a small job for them, but it received 100% professional care and attention.

I would give these professionals 12/10 if Homestars had that rating. They will be back later this summer to lay down a new vinyl tile bathroom floor. I am already thinking about basement floor and stairs fixes next year, and will not hesitate to work with The Brothers.

Faddy, George, and team are such a great find! They truly care about customer happiness. We initially contacted them for a basement floor, but ultimately greatly expanded the project to encompass a new shower, stone tv wall, new fireplace, kitchen counter, and even some tile and wall work on our main floor. The team did not disappoint! Great care and attention to detail by George, Faddy and Fahad get the hardest work done fast and right, Michelle is on it with coordination and logistics, and Faddy was always available to coordinate the rest of the team. We had plumbers, electricians, tilers, gas fitters, and the whole Brothers Flooring team here I think, with Faddy and George running point on it all, and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Also, definitely worth mentioning the ultimate price was exactly what was quoted in their detailed estimates. A HUGE job well done.

We needed the kitchen floor redone due to cracked and buckled tile. It's difficult for me to get time off work so i needed the project to start and finish on time. Fady and his team came through! From the moment i contacted them, they were quick to respond. They gave me an estimate right away then Fady came out to look at the site and take measurements for a more accurate and detailed estimate. Michelle, who coordinates the scheduling, always replied to my emails and phone calls promptly and courteously. Fady always let me know what would be happening and when, and informed me of what i needed to supply for the project (e.g. grout). One thing i wish i had done differently was to look at all the tiles ahead of time & pick out the ones i'd like used in the most visible areas, rather than letting the guys doing the tiling choose. Fady's crew finished the project ahead of schedule, accommodated my requests, and when there was an issue with the grout, they returned quickly to fix the problem. Overall we are very satisfied with Brothers Flooring and so thankful the project was completed on time! Thank you Brothers Flooring!

How do I express the happiness of dealing with Faddy, Michele and their crew, 10 starts is not enough. Very professional, good people, very helpful, always on time, a beautiful job done in two days. I highly recommend this company. Looking forward to working with them again very soon. It's wonderful to feel I don't have to shop around for another contractor.

I cannot praise The Brothers Flooring enough. The quality of their work surpassed our expectations and then some. They basically changed our home from drab to fab! They are true craftsmen of their trade. I can say without a doubt that they will be our first choice for any future project. Michelle and Faddy are easy to work with and very responsive. They give you a quote, they book you in and get the job done quickly. No Games.

George and his team did a fantastic job laying my flooring. They also refinished existing flooring and he even came back to inspect and ensure the refinishing work was completed to 100% satisfaction. Very good work and excellent customer service by all.
