Terry, who sold me the spa, was pleasant accommodating low pressure really nice man, gave me everything I wanted for a price that couldn't be beat and continued to follow up throughout. Linnea who actually scheduled the delivery and my driver's Chris and Jeremy did excellent job of keeping me up to date on the when and where. Chris and Jeremy came out to deliver and place the hot tub were Pleasant, efficient and Love Hot Dogs. After a pretty funny hiccup, all was well in the world and the Spa was ready to be jumped in that evening. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.
