Edward was quick to respond and gave me a fair quote. Despite his full schedule, he was able to carve out some time and help us out. Upon arriving, he was equipped with his own Crocs, so not to dirty our floors. He also came fully prepared as he needed to replace our existing copper water supply, which had been soldered on. In no time, he had the old pipe removed and a new dishwasher line set up. He had no problem installing our new dishwasher and ran it quickly to ensure that no leaks existed.
I will definitely be using his services when we need our next appliance repaired or installed. Not to mention that the guy is a part-time comedian and an impressive story-teller. It all made for a memorable experience.
