We had Mike in to install doors. He took a really long time to get the project started and the actual install took way longer than expected as well. When we realized that he did a really poor job and the doors were sagging in and scratching our hardwood floors we contacted him multiple times to have it fixed. He has never answered us and has since blocked our number so we have no way of getting a hold of him. Don’t waste your time and money!! We’re going to have to hire someone else to clean up his mess!

This is first negative review I have ever written. This is nothing personal against Michael and will focus directly on the job.

I was looking for a contractor to install drywall in my two-car garage before I moved into our new house (December 15th).

Pretty simple and quick job I assumed, especially with all materials already on-site.

Mike confirmed that he could satisfy this primary request (installing before our move-in date), and his reviews didn't seem that bad, so he was hired.

The drywall wasn't installed until January 19th.

The quality of installation was not what I would have expected (judge for yourself in the pictures).

I now have to hire other contractors to correct the poor installation.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Michael to others.

It was a pleasure dealing with Michael and his crew, not only were they polite and professional they explained in detail the work they were doing and delivered exactly that. They are very thorough and would recommend them to anyone.

I decided I finally wanted to renovate my dated bathrooms in my house and choosing the right contactor was daunting. A friend of mine recommended Mike from Top Notch Renovations so I decided to give him a call. Not only did he come in lower than two other contractors but he was polite and professional so naturally I chose him to do the work. Boy can I say there were no regrets with this decision. Mike and AJ were punctual and all about business the whole time. I wasn't the easiest client at times and they remained friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable in making design decisions. The finished product looks amazing and they were able to complete the three bathrooms in the original estimated time line. I couldnt be happier! If I have any other work that needs to be done I will difintely be calling Top Notch Renovations again.

Michael was by far the most professional and detailed oriented contractor I've ever used. From start to finish Michael was patience with myself and my Wife's demands and Michael met all our needs. It's very refreshing to see that there are contractors still available that care about their customers. Thank you Michael from Top Notch Renovstions making our dreams a reality.
