Brick to Brick all windows and 2 patio doors
We needed to replace all windows and 2 patio doors. We hired Window Depot for a brick to brick installation. It has been a great pleasure to deal with Ilia as he took all his time and very patiently explain the various options and in the end provided great quality service for a reasonable price. His crew, led by Sergei is really amazing, they replaced all the windows and patio doors in one day and cleaned up the whole place. The interaction with the crew during the installation was excellent, they were very responsive to our observations and they were very attentive to details.
One thing very important is with Ilia, there is no surprise. You get what you signed up for and even more. And on top of that Ilia is a real pleasure to deal with, a man with great heart and extremely sensitive to his client concerns.
I highly recommend Ilia and his team, I wish there were many Ilias and Sergeis in all other fields of home renovation.
