Headed up by very charismatic and knowledgeable owner, Ilia, Window Depot Canada offers great customer service, beautiful product and experienced installers. Thy installed both sliding and casement windows in my 1940's semi located in Cedarvale; ten windows total, a sliding door and an out swing door completed in just two days in two separate phases of construction. Both Ilia and his head installer were very helpful in navigating unexpected changes due to my ongoing renos. A minor aesthetic issue and a last minute add-on lock was sourced and installed swiftly and Ilia even offered to replace two screen inserts which were taken by metal scrappers while I left them to dry temporarily on the front lawn.
I had an excellent experience at a competitive price and Ilia was a delight to work with - I highly recommend Window Depot Canada and I'm looking forward to phase three next summer.
