From beginning to end this company was awesone. When calling to book the appointment the lady was kind, polite and friendly. They were also able to come just two days later which was awesome as we needed it quickly!
The guys that came to do the job were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process and were very gracious about working around the renovating state of our home.
We also had two areas sprayed with disinfectant and I was told it is eco friendly and can even be ingested!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.

I have used New Look Home Services for carpet cleaning about 4 times and have always been extremely satisfied with the work. I especially like that the carpets are almost dry when they are finished. They are professional, knowledgeable and do the job in a timely manner. I have just had a wool area rug that I bought in Singapore cleaned by them and it looks as good as new. I would recommend them for any job, big or small.

Had the duct boys come in and sort us out properly. There were a lot of fly by night options, leave it to this well established company to blow them out of the water. Not only were the guys professional, the aftermath that came out of the ducts made it well worth the cost. Not only was there toys and your regular dust, there was construction material from the place being built in the 90s. Was also able to pick up a bottle of spotter cheap, great at taking out the kids mistakes from the carpet. I would, and I do reccomend New Look to everyone, 10 out of 10!

We ordered services from Newlook we needed carpets and our 6 seat sectional cleaned and filters for our furnace, they called the day before to let me know what time the technician would be here, to my pleasure not only on time but a bit early(I love on time appointments) he walked threw my house and I showed him what I wanted done and he got to work, he placed these orange things on my railings as not to scratch them with the hoses(loved it), he then started cleaning, after cleaning the carpets he went to the sofa I had pointed that my daughter had spilled wax on the arm of my sofa took one swipe and it was gone (thank god!) Matty (our technician) explained to me the importance for guarding our carpets and sectional(helps extended the life of the fibers) made sense to me. The filters that I ordered for my furnace Matty reminded me that during allergy season(which is all year for me) needs to be changed more often for the indoor air quality, and said that they could deliver to my home anytime. He also told me that they offer other services like duct cleaning and air conditioning maintenance which he was happy to help by leaving me with a quote. Short of cleaning my house this company does everything.

All in all very happy with my service and Matty, I highly recommend Newlook for their services.

I had the privilege of having Supervisor Justin Honeywell come to my townhouse to clean my carpets. He is very knowledgeable in this field, polite, and takes time to explain things to you. Their prices are fair and they only charge you for the work done. I would definitely have them come back again.
