We ordered services from Newlook we needed carpets and our 6 seat sectional cleaned and filters for our furnace, they called the day before to let me know what time the technician would be here, to my pleasure not only on time but a bit early(I love on time appointments) he walked threw my house and I showed him what I wanted done and he got to work, he placed these orange things on my railings as not to scratch them with the hoses(loved it), he then started cleaning, after cleaning the carpets he went to the sofa I had pointed that my daughter had spilled wax on the arm of my sofa took one swipe and it was gone (thank god!) Matty (our technician) explained to me the importance for guarding our carpets and sectional(helps extended the life of the fibers) made sense to me. The filters that I ordered for my furnace Matty reminded me that during allergy season(which is all year for me) needs to be changed more often for the indoor air quality, and said that they could deliver to my home anytime. He also told me that they offer other services like duct cleaning and air conditioning maintenance which he was happy to help by leaving me with a quote. Short of cleaning my house this company does everything. All in all very happy with my service and Matty, I highly recommend Newlook for their services.
