Repair of front interlocking steps
We chose Integrity because they were doing other work in the area we were promised satisfaction guaranteed. Our front interlocking stairs were cemented to prevent the interlock from sinking. The work was done quickly, but the cement job was very messy and quickly started to fall apart after the rains this summer. In addition, they left stones on our driveway for over two weeks after the job was done, promising to clear it up sooner. We called 4 times to request follow up on the stairs and were told each time that the workers would come by in a few days as they were busy doing other jobs. That was in June, we are still waiting! We have continuously called the cell number but there is no voicemail and no one answers. We are very unhappy with the service and the lack of response. We would like this issue to be dealt with. We paid and now we will probably never hear from them again. We don't recommend using them.

I would be upset too if someone were to have conducted business with me as you have alleged that I have with you. That being said, any prospective clients, or anyone for whom I have done work, can all attest to the facts that I am prompt to return calls should I miss them, and that I have voicemail set up should I be unable to answer my phone. I worry that if it is true that I have done work for you, that for some reason you have the wrong number and this is why you were unable to get a hold of me.
